    How Sila provided valuable insights for strategic marketing development

    Mayar, a Saudi food-based brand, aimed to grow its market share in the region and increase loyalty across a broader consumer base. 

    The challenge was to grow the market share for four different brands by understanding the unique traits and behaviors of the different target segments.

    Our approach leveraged AI to capture and analyse behavioral data providing a comprehensive understanding of the customer base, their personas, and behaviors.

    Identifying insights for strategy and implementation of the plan.

    The study included a sample of over 50,000 women and 20,000 men across KSA, all interested in cooking and particularly rice, resulting in a total of 2.4 million data points.

    Through our analysis, we identified key influencer categories for targeting. 

    We discovered the segments’ specific interest (e.g. music, art, travel) to use in promotional content. 

    We determined the appropriate tonality for marketing content to resonate with each segment.
